My tree is losing its needles
When the tree arrives and is unpacked, it is quite normal for a certain number of needles to fall out. These are constantly being renewed and remain trapped in the netting and branches for the few weeks that the tree remains wrapped. When you remove the netting, the trapped needles fall off in the first few hours.
Major needle loss more than 48 hours after delivery
If the tree becomes abnormally bare, you can contact us without further ado, enclosing photos of the tree. We will then be able to find an appropriate solution.

My tree has a closed appearance
Arrival of the tree
To save space during transport, the tree is wrapped in a net. Our delivery driver will remove the net depending on where the tree is dropped off. It is therefore possible that the tree will look closed when received.
Unpacking
If the tree is still in its net, carefully unpack it as soon as possible after delivery. Remove all the ties or strings holding the branches together. Then carefully lower them so that the tree regains its original shape.
Gentle handling
You can help the process by gently handling the branches to help them open. Do this carefully to avoid damaging the tree.
Customer service assistance
If after all this your tree still hasn't opened, or if you have any other concerns, please contact us with photos of the problem. We will then be able to offer you solutions or an exchange.

How to look after my tree
Hydration
Make sure your tree does not lack water. The soil should always remain slightly damp. Depending on the heat and humidity of the room, you'll need to add one or two glasses of water a day to make sure your tree doesn't run out.
To regulate the water supply, we can order ceramic sprinklers, which can be easily attached to a water bottle, to hydrate the soil continuously for several days.
Placement
Place your tree away from direct sources of heat such as radiators, fireplaces or heating appliances. If you have underfloor heating, be sure to place the tree on a support. Excessive heat accelerates the drying out of the tree.
Ambient humidity
If the air in your home is very dry, this can cause the tree to dry out more quickly. More frequent watering is therefore advisable.
Tree lights
Use LED lights, which produce less heat than traditional lights. Less heat helps to keep the tree cooler for longer.
Insects and diseases
Our fir trees have grown in their natural environment and can sometimes carry some of the fauna that surrounds them. Small insects sometimes lie dormant in the ground and wake up once the tree is warm in your living room. In all cases, no harmful organisms can be found in the soil or in the tree. If necessary, don't hesitate to contact our team.
