I can't choose to pay by invoice
What is Swissbilling?
Swissbilling is our partner for payment by invoice. The amount to be paid is sent directly to them when you choose this option. Swissbillling then takes care of sending the invoice and managing the collection, after checking certain criteria.
Possible blocks
Possible blocks depend on the type of customer (new or old), the credit limits applied, or the billing/delivery addresses.
Check the information provided
Make sure that all the personal and billing information you have provided is correct. An error in your name, address or other details may result in a refusal of payment.
Billing/delivery addresses
To prevent fraud, Swissbilling blocks orders where the delivery address differs from the billing address. In this case, please choose another payment method, or contact us.
Technical problems
Occasionally, technical problems may occur. Try refreshing the page or placing your order again after a few minutes. Also make sure your browser is up to date.

I received a reminder from Swissbilling
Our invoicing partner Swissbilling is a service provider completely external to our organisation. Invoice amounts, collection management and any reminders are handled entirely by them.
